Refund Policy

Groundline Press sells digital products (PDF ebooks). Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the way physical goods can, our refund policy is as follows.
General position
We do not offer refunds on digital products as a matter of routine, given the nature of instant digital delivery.
Exceptions we will consider
- You were charged but did not receive access to the file and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
- The file delivered was corrupted or could not be opened.
- You were charged more than the stated price due to a technical error.
How to request a refund
Write to groundlinepress@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
Processing
Refunds, where approved, are processed through Payhip and returned to the original payment method.
No unconditional right
This policy does not create an unconditional right to a refund. Each request is considered on its merits.
